Award-Winning short film maker, artist and author William Joyce weaves a web of Halloween magic at artspace Shreveport this October with his collection of stupendous spiders, spine tingling skeletons, spooky skulls and generally scary stuff from his Halloween parties that Martha Stewart once featured on her show. The Shreveport Regional Arts Council invites you to enter the weird, wacky Halloween world of William Joyce and get your glitter on with other ghouls, ghosts and goblins.
"I always thought when I was a kid that holidays—especially Halloween--should be bigger. You should make a big deal out of holidays because they don't happen very often. So when I got old enough and had enough money, I decided that I would just do Halloween and other holidays the way I wished they had been done when I was a kid," said William Joyce. “artspace is where you’ll find my Halloween collection this October, and it all kicks off with The First and Only 2017 Glitter Zombie Apocalypse Ball on Friday the 13th.”
