Am I enough?

I am enough.

Eyes are the windows to the soul. Depicting the self-doubt and bewilderment by getting up close and reflecting the inner turmoil. Mantras, meditations, and unplugging has become a necessity. I enjoy painting beauty in nature I see, the snippets of time in a location, and objects which have sentimental meaning. I find beauty in the creek I explored as a child, the seashell discovered by my daughter, the exquisite detail of a flower. I capture these moments for the reminder to feel the joy, awe, and wonder in everyday life. Burdened by emotion, I press through and produce art that is beautiful, yet reflects a piece of my turmoil. I will achieve peace.
