Forest Park Cemeteries & Funeral Home CEO & Chairman Mr. Robert C. Lomison will present almost $4,000 in cash awards to NWLA artists for InGRAVED—an exhibition of visual, literary and performance works created to celebrate the 100th birthday of the historic Shreveport cemetery. The art works were inspired by the history and scenes of the cemetery where well known Louisianans including sculptress Clyde Connell, WWI Louisiana governor Ruffin G. Pleasant and the nuns of the Catholic Daughters of the Cross are buried.
