“Beach Bummed is a junk mail collage with finishing touches in acrylic paint pen.

Our world is awash in garbage and over-consumption, wastefulness and indifference are all contributing factors. Beach Bummed doesn’t try to conceal what it is made of--trash. Referring to the “”five great garbage patches”” in oceans around the world* the work reflects the critical danger of pollution to life on earth.
